Tres Marias was founded in 2004 by Alejandro and Aurora, from Mexico, to bring authentic Mexican food to Calgary. “Authentic Mexican cuisine is an art that involves time, tradition, and natural ingredients.” Our Mexican restaurant and food market in Calgary makes oven-fresh tortillas, tamales, enchiladas and signature salsas with local, organic and natural ingredients and no preservatives or additives, now from our new home at 2006 34 Ave SW in Marda Loop.
